When it rains it pours.... first my wife gets a flat tire which requires buying two new tires plus rotation costing close to $250. Then the battery in my car dies costing about $60. Finally both are up and operational. The infrared receiver in my HDTV stopped working so I couldn't use the remote to change the aspect ration from 4:3 to 16:9. Panasonic is covering it under warranty, but I'm having to use a slow-as-molasses local repair company. Thankfully, they have the part and should fix it Monday.

Also, need an electrician to fix a few things around the house. I tried one recommended electrician and after calling them three times they never returned my call. So I picked a second company out of the phone book and had the same experience. After that I picked a third company who called me right back and setup an appointment. After my wife killed a day waiting at home the guy never showed up or called. I then got a fourth company to finally come out, look to see what I needed and they were supposed to send me a quote. Now after a week and a half I've had to call them back to ask for the quote. I need to go back and get my Electrical Engineering degree since there's obviously a shortage of qualified electricians with decent customer service skills. Yeash!
